Placement

Do they accept my insurance? Do they offer the services I require? Is there a residential component? All of these questions and more can discourage individuals from reaching out.

At Union First, we utilize a network of licensed treatment centers, including detox, residential, and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs). Each center has its own benefits and features. Our team will assess your case and make a placement recommendation based upon your individual needs.

Placement is an important step in the job protection process. Once a member is placed into a facility, we can then send a “placement in treatment” letter to the employer as part of our job protection service. This brings members one step closer to returning to work and their families.
